Cancellation Policy


Sometimes things just happen, I am very understanding to that. However I do have some boundaries because there is only so much coincidence.

Late-Show

Sometimes it can be difficult to find parking so allow yourself 5-10 minutes extra for that. If you are going to be late please send a text or call to let me know. Please don’t under estimate you ETA. If you are going to be in the chair less than 00:14:59 minutes late then don’t worry. If you are walking through the door at 00:15:00 minutes past your scheduled appointment time you will be asked to reschedule, the appointment will be a late cancelation for which there is a 25% of the price of your services charge.

I do this because I strive to start and finish each appointment on time. I don’t think it is fair that my next client be inconvenienced. Not to mention the anxiety that being late for that next appointment gives me. Don’t make me choose favorites I love and respect all my clients. 

Cancelations

If you are not going to be able to make it to your appointment, again I understand that things happen but please notify me or go online and cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment’s scheduled start time. If you don’t you will be charged a no show (50%) or late cancelation fee (25%).

No-Show

If you simply do not show up to your appointment because you forgot, didn’t see the notification, overslept or whatever other thing that keeps people from making it in I understand. HOWEVER you will be charged a no show fee of 50% of the total value of your services. For those using a deal voucher, you forfeit the promotional value of your voucher and it may only be redeemed for the amount you paid for it.
